1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 89bk platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you", "your"). By visiting the 89bk website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered an integral part of this agreement.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 89bk's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old or above.
• You must use the service voluntarily and of your own judgment.
• Funds deposited into your account must be your own and obtained from a legitimate source.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• No one else may operate an account in your name.

If at any time you fail to meet these eligibility requirements, 89bk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account. Valid identification documents may be requested for age verification.

For persons aged 21 and above only. Allowing minors to use the service is strictly prohibited. If we discover that a minor has created an account, it will be closed immediately and a process will be determined for returning any deposited funds.

3Account Registration

To create an account at 89bk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled, and there is a risk of forfeiting any deposited funds.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be considered your own. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and all bonuses received will be cancelled. If multiple members of a household use the same device or internet connection, our support team should be informed in advance.

3.3 Identity Verification

At any time, 89bk may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify your identity. We reserve the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

89bk supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. We support the following methods for safe and fast transactions:

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and will be automatically returned.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Your account must hold at least this amount at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special cases requiring security verification, it may take somewhat longer.

4.4 Transaction Policy

• The deposit payment method and withdrawal method are not required to be the same, but both accounts must be registered in your name.
• Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5Bonuses & Promotions

89bk offers various types of bonuses and promotions. To receive these benefits, the relevant terms must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Any fraud or misuse of the system when claiming bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• 89bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.

5.4 VIP Program

89bk has four VIP tiers. By playing regularly, you can gradually move up to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6Gaming Rules

All games available on 89bk are operated according to set rules. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting the game.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a secured and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Regular audits are conducted to ensure fair play. No individual or authority has the ability to interfere with the outcome of any game.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game and as a result the game is not completed properly, the wagered amount will be refunded. 89bk's decision on this matter will be considered final.

6.3 Disconnection

In the event of an internet disconnection, the game provider's policy will apply to any active bets. 89bk will not be liable for any loss caused by connection issues, however each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89bk and will result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Creating or operating an account using fraudulent or false information.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical method.
• Collusion or placing coordinated bets.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Using inappropriate language or behavior toward other users or staff.

If evidence of prohibited activity is found on a user's account, 89bk reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings and close the account.

8Responsible Gaming

11Account Suspension & Closure

89bk may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or prohibited activities.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Not meeting the age requirement.
• For the purpose of investigation.

Users may also contact our support team at any time to request the closure of their own account. In the event of account closure, the process for returning any existing balance (where verifiable and valid) will be determined.

12Terms Changes

89bk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes will be considered effective from the moment they are published on this page.

If the terms and conditions change, we will make an effort to notify you at login or via email. However, if you continue to use the platform after the changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.
